We are looking for an in house customer service representative with knowledge of Automotive Parts and Accessories as well as the e commerce channels such as E bay, Amazon, Facebook, etc.
Responsibilities include:
Downloading and listing product descriptions and pictures.
Process payments and coordination shipping of orders received via online sites as well as phone orders, emails, ebay.
Updating tracking information when available.
Processing return requests and calls relating to products.
General office duties and auto parts counter sales shipping and receiving.
Good written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
Computer skills and working knowledge of excel and word software.
Organized and detail oriented.
Bi-lingual (spanish) desirable but not required.
Valid drivers license and good driving record, no DUI's
