We are currently looking for qualified maintenance staff to conduct day to day maintenance operations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial or multi family properties.
Also full time CPO pool maintenance position is available

Required skills:
pool maintenance knowledge required for full/ part time pool position.
Must have own hand tools for maintenance position and knowledge to use them.
Basic electric with trouble shooting skills, ability to correctly change lighting ballast and use of a meter.
Basic plumbing skills, ability to run drain cleaning equipment. Fit pipe.
Basic A/C maintenance, filter changes electric trouble shooting Universal EPA Cert. a plus.
Basic paint and drywall repairs, smooth and textured walls.
Basic pool maintenance such as pump, sand filter gauge replacement, PVC pipe and heater repairs.
Basic appliance repair, ability to use a meter.
Job Duties and Requirements:
Respond to work requests in a timely manner either in person or delegated to other Techs.
Must be able to set priorities and conduct follow ups with open and completed work requests.
Must be able to maintain material stock and place orders.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have good communication skills and be able to work as a team.
Must be able to evaluate equipment replacements.
Candidate will work 90 day probation period.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
No on call, overtime is permitted with approval.
