We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced individual to join our team as a Commercial Pool Operator for a designated
route. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and exhibit excellent time management skills.
Key Requirements:
Own a reliable truck for transportation between job sites
General knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and best practices
Understanding of water chemistry and its application in pool maintenance
Ability to properly clean and maintain pools to the highest standards
CPO certification preferred but not required
Training and Compensation:
Training pay is dependent on experience and qualifications (DOE)
Pay increases will be available after successful completion of the training period
Bi-weekly pay schedule
Gas bonus provided with each paycheck
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks for commercial properties
Maintain proper water chemistry balance
Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to pool equipment or water quality
Communicate effectively with clients and management
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and industry regulations
