JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable porters to provide excellent commercial exterior porter services. A porter is an employee who works out in the field. The ideal candidate will have experience of previous commercial porter services and will be able to troubleshoot any problems that may arise to their higher ups. As a porter you will be responsible for ensuring that all the scope of work is conducted according to protocol and that the work orders are completed accurately and efficiently. You must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license. RRPS will be compensating you for your gas milage being used for work purposes. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintenance cleaning includes picking up rubbish, sweeping, cleaning, removing full liners from trash cans and clear debris from dumpster areas.
Clean ashtrays and replace sand.
Execute minor repairs, and identifies required repairs and maintenance for property preservation purposes
Wipe down tables, chairs, trash receptacle lids
Clean up any nails or screws in alleyways between buildings
Clean up sidewalk gutters
Ensures gates are always closed
Notify Operations for any excess debris i.e., furniture, appliances, etc.
Report graffiti to Operations
Check and Remove cobwebs from car ports
Handpick trash and debris from landscaping, sidewalks, and parking lot (including cigarette butts)
Empty & replace sand in common area ash urns (Inspected daily and replaced as needed) (if applicable)
Empty and replace liners in common area waste receptacles (if applicable)
Broom sweep dumpster enclosures
Report dumping, damages, biohazard, and suspicious activity (hauling and biohazard cleaning invoiced separately)
Perform graffiti removal as needed (invoiced separately)
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent.
LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS
Nevada Driver's License (non-commercial). Required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Climbing: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Specifically, when the amount of climbing exceeds that needed for ordinary motion.
