Must have a minimum of 3 years experience
Position Requirements:
Three or more years of experience in the following:
Plumbing: Stoppages / replacing seats and stems
Electrical: replacing switches, outlets, and GFI’s
Drywall (able to match the texture)Tape/mud/finish
Painting
Carpentry: repairing and replacing doors
Prep walls and floor for Title
Window Heating and Air Conditioning
Trash out vacant Units and getting them rent-ready in a timely matter
Welder / Fabricator Helpful
Our ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:
Dependable and reliable
Must have a valid driver's license
On-call night and weekend for emergencies
Rate of pay based on experience with a Review after 60 days
excellent communication skills, professional appearance, drug testing,
Must have own tools and transportation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift 50 –100 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures.
Must kneel, bend, crawl, and stretch
Environmental working conditions may include (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain,)
