Hi Star Auto Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Automotive Prepper to join our team. This position plays a key role in preparing
vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and ensuring surfaces are ready for refinishing.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, taping, and cleaning surfaces.
Assist painters with daily workflow to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality control standards.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass drug and background checks.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license (or be able to obtain one immediately).
Prior experience in automotive prepping, sanding, or body work required. Looking for minimum 5 years experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
