Join Our Team as a Fleet & Facilities Maintenance Technician!

Location: North Las Vegas, 89030
Pay: $18-$24/hr. (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
No experience? No problem! We will train the right candidate.
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a Fleet & Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain and troubleshoot our fleet vehicles and facilities.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning
Check and apply grease to fittings where applicable on traffic control trucks & trailers
Directly communicating with fleet logistics supervisor regarding upcoming vendor maintenance i.e. oil changes, tire changes, general maintenance schedules
General Facilities maintenance as needed
General maintenance of fleet trucks which includes, Wiper blades, replacement of mirrors, battery services, fluid levels
Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace
Maintain Arrow boards which include but not limited to safety chains, winches, and if applicable replace axle and or solar panel
Maintenance and troubleshooting low voltage electrical for light bars, amber strobe lights, flood lights installed on company vehicles
Maintenance and troubleshooting low voltage electrical on arrow boards and signboards.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Go fleet camera a GPS on all company vehicle
Submitting electronic work orders per task to supervisor at completion of giving task
Submitting request form to supervisor detailing what items are needed to perform giving task, Which include hardware, oil, etc. and what unit these items will be used for
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to pass Pre-employment drug test
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Comfortable working on vehicles and troubleshooting electrical issues
Enjoy working outdoors
Mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus, but we will train the right person!
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, sit, bend and stoop for prolonged periods of time
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
