Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at LAS Airport. The ideal candidate MUST have hands-on experience in maintaining and restoring a variety of flooring types, including VCT, carpets, and vinyl. This is a graveyard position, and schedules will vary based on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of VCT, carpet, and vinyl flooring.
Operate floor care equipment, including scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors.
Conduct floor inspections to identify wear, tear, or damage.
Apply proper cleaning solutions and techniques specific to each flooring type.
Follow all safety guidelines and airport security protocols.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all floors are maintained to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in floor care and maintenance, including VCT, carpets, and vinyl flooring.
Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment.
Ability to work overnight shifts with a flexible schedule.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Must be able to pass a background check and airport security clearance.
