Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Handyman Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, with proficiency in a variety of tasks such as Painting, carpentry, Flooring and basic plumbing.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks including painting and drywall repairs, flooring work, carpentry, and other maintenance.
Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from clients.
Complete repairs in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Assist with other maintenance projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various issues efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
