Horses caretaker - Ranch Hand - Property Maintenance Manager

Horse experience required. Responsibilities include daily property maintenance (barn) and care of 5 horses;
feeding, water, stall cleaning, grooming, turn out horses, lungeing, tractor work, arena maintenance, handyman duties, general barn/facility maintenance, riding, vet appointment, etc.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay is $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. The person in this position will have the opportunity to advance within the first 2 years.
Compensation based on experience. The position is available immediately.
Hours of work: morning and afternoon (feeding twice per day)
Hours are somewhat flexible. Generally 6 hours per day for 5-6 days per week.
Located: in far Northwest Las Vegas.
