Housekeeper
Location: Las Vegas, Henderson
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call
Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.
This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows directions well, and is respectful of clients' homes and privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust surfaces, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, and furniture
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors
- Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Clean appliances (e.g., oven, refrigerator, microwave) as requested
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Use eco-friendly or pet-safe products per client request
- Follow all client-specific instructions
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation (if required for traveling between job sites)
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of deep cleaning techniques
- Experience with eco-friendly cleaning methods
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
