We have an immediate need for an experience Industrial Sewing Technician for a visual marketing fabricating company in the North Las Vegas area. This is a typically a Monday-Friday day shift but has deadlines and can require mandatory overtime and weekends. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Measure, pin, mark, trim, and prep all raw materials
- Operate industrial sewing equipment to sew all raw materials
- Read and interpret the detailed specification sheets and drawings
- Perform all daily routine maintenance and adjustments on sewing equipment
- Keeping an organized and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 2+ years experience with industrial sewing
- Must have resume with recent experience for review
- Able to use standard measuring devices
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to interview and start a position ASAP
- Schedule flexibility to meet deadlines
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Able to complete and pass background and drug screen
- Eligible to work in the US
