Position: Janitor/Custodian/Facility Cleaning Specialist
Schedule: Mon - Friday
Work Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Requirements:
English Speaking
Experience as a janitor is preferred.
Able to work in hot, cold, or dusty environments.
Able to stay on task with minimal supervision.
Prefer candidates with a good attitude, punctual, and coachable.
Duties:
General Cleaning:
o Emptying Trash Cans
o Sweeping Mopping
o Cleaning and Sanitizing
Restroom Cleaning:
o Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and stalls
o Restocking toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
o Mopping the floors
Breakroom Cleaning:
o Cleaning countertops, sinks, table tops, and chairs.
o Cleaning and sanitizing the microwaves
Office Cleaning:
o Washing windows and doors
o Taking out trash
o Vacuuming carpet floors
Warehouse Cleaning:
o Operating the floor scrubbing machine
o Restocking cleaning supplies
Outside Cleaning:
o Pick up trash around the perimeter and parking lot of the facility
o Sweeping up debris
- able to lift 30 - 50 lbs (empty large trash cans, lift large heavy wet mops)
- a lot of bending over, walking, standing, and lifting cleaning instruments over the head
