Looking for a Maintenance Man with a Truck to Start ASAP!
-Strong well rounded residential maintenance skills
-Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC a Plus, make ready and work orders
-1-2 years of industry experience or three years of general contract maintenance experience
-Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands-on experience
-Must have a valid driver's license
