Monday - Friday 8 am -5 pm
On Occasion on-call weekends or after-hours
Must have strong experience in:
Plumbing
Electric
HVAC
Being bilingual is a plus
Local references are a plus
Must be able to communicate with management
Must have supervisor capabilities to deal with day-to-day maintenance
Must have a Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
Apartment for residency can be provided if needed
2 Week paid vacation
Medical can be provided after 90 days
