We’re looking for a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to help keep our property in great shape. Your main tasks will include general repairs, preparing apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks), and responding to maintenance requests.
Responsibilities:
Fix basic issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (cleaning, painting, minor repairs).
Handle resident maintenance requests quickly and professionally.
Perform regular property inspections and basic upkeep tasks.
Requirements:
General maintenance or handyman experience.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willing to assist with on-call or emergency tasks as needed.
