Hi! We are a Maintenance Company specializing in commercial and residential Property Maintenance.
We are looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and motivated full-time Maintenance Tech with Commercial/ Residential repair and general handyman knowledge to join our team. You will be working on multiple job sites throughout the day/week that requires various types of services.
This is a full time job Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day.
You must must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License. You also must own your tools.
General duties include:
- Work Orders / Maintenance Request:
Most common jobs but also
not limited to:
Minor Plumbing & Water damage repairs
Minor electrical
Drywall & Painting
Cosmetic Repairs
Door & Window Repair
Tiling
Graffiti removal
- Installing/repairing/ diagnosing electrical issues such as but not limited to
- Outlet repair/replace
- Installing light fixtures and fans
- Diagnosing outdoor light fixtures
- Replacing/ Repairing ballasts
- Converting commercial light fixtures to LED
- Etc
- commercial unit full remodeling
- Use computer software to complete Work Orders, and communicate with Management
- Other projects as assigned by Management
Required Experience:
- Must have an advanced understanding of construction components (Interior & Exterior)
- Must have experience in construction / residential maintenance & repair
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
- Must have tools
- Strong background in customer service with English oral/written communication skills
- Computer literacy with ability to use Email
- Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple job functions, learn new
procedures & software quickly, with great reporting accuracy and consistency in follow up.
PAY
Pay is weekly
Position starts at $20hr+ Gas with the opportunity to advance and get raises based on performance.
