Seeking Experienced Maintenance Technician Lead for Multifamily Apartments
We are a successful Property Management Company. We are looking to hire an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician Lead for a 200-unit multi-family apartment portfolio.
The Maintenance Technician Lead works in coordination with the main office and the maintenance team to complete the basic tasks associated with the daily operation and maintenance of the apartments and properties of the portfolio.
Responsibilities include day-to-day:
Planning of daily tasks
Scheduling of unit turns
Preparing units for Move-In
Vendor scheduling and follow-up
Development of maintenance team
Daily administrative processes
Preventative maintenance
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical
General Repairs
Landscape and Grounds work
Experience in dealing with construction and vendors on-site is a plus
Experience and Qualifications:
-Prefer 3+ year minimum of related experience, preferably supporting multi-family apartments
-Ability to prioritize projects in a dynamic environment
-A good communicator who works well independently but is also team-oriented
-Experience with Google Docs and Google Drive
-Self-motivated and able to take initiative as well as direction.
-Highly willing and motivated to learn more skills and take on greater challenges
-Pride of workmanship: goes above and beyond to ensure good outcomes
-Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license & and insurance
-Organized with attention to detail
-Flexible: available after hours as needed
