Experience Maintenance/Handyman is needed to service our Mobile Home Park. Looking for a handyman who is a self-starter with the ability to work independently and complete all repairs to the HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARD. We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to help us take care of our beautiful Mobile Home Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance, repair, plumbing and improvement tasks for our facilities. In addition, this person must have a positive attitude, and the ability to interact well with tenants. A strong level of professionalism is expected.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-General Cleaning of the Park to property managers directions
-General Plumbing: Sewer cleanups per protocol explained by manager, unclogging toilets, drains, and repair flush valves, garbage disposal replacement and sprinkler repair
-Replace door locks and hardware
-Electrical: replacement of lightbulbs
-Drywall repair, skirting and siding repair, chain link fence repair
-General repairs & painting
-AND MORE
-Must have own tools
-Must have reliable truck/van
THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION NOT FULL TIME OR PART TIME. PAY WILL BE DETERMINED BY HOURS, ESTIMATES, OR JOB TYPE.
