We are currently hiring immediately for a Warehouse Supervisor at one of our locations!

Job Title: Warehouse supervisor – Final Mile Appliance Delivery & Installation Site

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89030

Position Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Location Manager

Position Overview:

The Warehouse supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and personnel for a Final Mile Appliance Delivery & Installation site. This includes but not limited to:

· Managing incoming and outgoing shipments,

· All inbound activities

· All pre-load outbound activities

· Maintaining inventory accuracies at the highest level

o Cycle count integrity

§ Weekly (site required)

§ Quarterly (GE required)

o Annual Physical Inventory at 99.9% or higher

· Enforcing warehouse safety standards

· Supporting the delivery and installation teams to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a working role. The selected candidate will be expected to lead their team as well as perform direct labor tasks to ensure operational success.

- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, staging, loading, and outbound shipments.

- Ensure appliances are handled, stored, and loaded in a manner that prevents damage.

- Oversee proper staging of delivery routes for accuracy and efficiency.

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain and attain a minimum of 99.9% inventory accuracy.

- Coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams to ensure timely departures and accurate order fulfillment.

- Lead inventory research efforts to address customer escalations and work closely with office manager to ensure customer communication is completed in a timely manner.

- Supervise and train warehouse associates, loaders, and material handlers.

- Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.

- Inbound processing completion – from unload to floor >1hr per shipment.

- Warehouse housekeeping to ensure all types of inventories are segregated, organized, and neatly stored.

- Parts - area are kept clean and organized at all times.

- Weekly parts inventories are completed and reported to ensure the site maintains appropriate parts levels.

- Segregate housekeeping areas for entire warehouse, assign warehouse personnel, and follow up to ensure areas are being properly maintained.

- Engage staff to ensure tasks are clearly delegated, and proper follow-up is occurring on a regular basis.

- Foster a safe, supportive, and high-performance work environment.

- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies, including PPE usage and proper lifting/handling techniques.

- Ensure proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

- Oversee maintenance schedules for warehouse, warehouse equipment and vehicles.

- Coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs or replacements.

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, damages, and inventory transactions.

- Report warehouse performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience.

- Ability to pass a national background check and drug screening.

- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in appliance handling, delivery, or installation operations.

- OSHA forklift certification.

- Familiarity with final mile delivery processes.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Requires regular standing, lifting (up to 75 lbs. with assistance), and operating warehouse equipment.

- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season and dock activity.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
