We are looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist to work full time (Mon - Fri)
Job Duties [including, but not limited to]:
- Answer calls; taking messages; forwarding and sending emails
- Data entry
- Handling various tasks
- Responding to emails
- Contacting vendors
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with travel itinerary
Requirements:
- Open Schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Multi-tasker, team player, and work well under pressure
- Dependable and punctual
