Experience working in a fast-paced, continually changing work environment while successfully meeting goals set by management
Conducting yourself with the utmost professionalism with ethical behavior to the company.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask for most efficient time management required
Must pass a criminal background check
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
Basic knowledge and understanding of Cannabis processing; proper technique and handling of the finished product, so as not to degrade the quality while packaging.
Break down cured batches into multiple different weight increments and package them accordingly.
Show self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with others.
Ability to listen well and communicate effectively.
Preparing all boxes and products for orders. Making sure all needed labels are on the proper boxes and products.
Maintain daily sanitation in the packaging room.
