TCB Global is Fulfillment Company seeking a reliable individual to join our team. We currently have an open position for a lead packer/general warehouse worker. This job is full time at forty (40) hours with Benefits after 90-day probation period.
Brief Description: This position controls the main flow of inbound and outbound shipments. They are responsible for picking, packing, building and processing orders. Implementing a positive and motivated work ethic, this role helps drive the overall success of not only the warehouse crew, but TCB Global as a whole.
A description of the job duties is below:
Accurately pick orders through our computer system
Prepare customers’ orders for shipping: including packing, wrapping, labeling, sorting
Operate tablets, scanners, printers, radios, etc.
Inbound new product or shipments coming into the warehouse
Build pallets
Load Trucks/ Unload trucks
Communicate with crew
Create inventory spreadsheets
Inventory product
Read and understand instructions provided by administrative team
Inspecting and verifying accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments
Restock return orders physically and digitally
Fill out inbound, return, or inventory sheets
Seeking Skills:
Efficient in basic computers functions (Mac and PC)
Ability to lift heavy objects and boxes
Proficient time management skills
Legible handwriting
Being able to successfully communicate to other employees
A self-motivated and driven personality
Ideal candidates shall currently possess a valid Nevada Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to work.
