Our team works hard to restore homes and businesses after water-related disasters, and we’re looking for a highly experienced File Supervisor / Project Coordinator to join our leadership team.
Job Summary:
As the File Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily scheduling of field technicians and subcontractors, coordinating contraction projects, and serving as the main point of contact for our valued customers. Your leadership, organization, and customer service skills will ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch technicians and subcontractors for water damage jobs
Oversee the entire lifecycle of restoration projects from intake to completion
Communicate directly with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns, as well of performing final walk-thru and making sure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate appointments, inspections, and follow-ups
Supervise on-site work for quality assurance and compliance with company standards
Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all customer inquiries and issues
Collaborate with field crews and office staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or project coordination
Proven ability to create and manage technician and subcontractor schedules
Strong background in customer service—especially in high-stress or emergency situations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Knowledge of restoration industry software (e.g., Xactimate, or similar) is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
