We are looking for EXPERIENCED repair technicians who want to grow with a progressive and reputable pool company. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF FULL TIME POOL REPAIR EXPERIENCE.
We provide all tools, uniform, brand new trucks and benefits (health insurance, paid vacation and others). Full-time instant support from staff and management. We also primarily deal with high-end pools and high- end customers. So almost all of the pool equipment will be brand new and practically self maintaining. If you have experience, we want to hire you. We value our team members
The pay varies depending on experience, but it should be around $1000- $1200/ week.
Plus bonuses. $150 dollar bonuses for new customer sign ups, $150 whenever a customer gives you a good Yelp review (no limit); $200 dollar bonuses for referring an experienced technician. We also pay overtime at a 1.5x rate when you work over 8 hours.
