Millenium Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Warehouse Lead to start ASAP!
THIS IS A LEAD (MANAGEMENT POSITION. NOT A GENERAL LABOR)

Description:
-Warehouse Lead will assist the team in getting all packages sorted to their correct locations.
-Warehouse Lead will be responsible for designating their team to assignments daily.
-Warehouse Lead will inspect the organization of pallets as the work is being done.
-Warehouse Lead will teach, manage and demonstrate how to sort packages to their team.
-Warehouse Lead will be responsible for managing their team with respect and be tasked with making decisions ethically.
-Warehouse Lead/Supervisor will need to demonstrate leadership to their crew daily.
Requirements:
-MUST BE BILINGUAL.
-Must have warehouse experience in ALL departments
-Forklift experience
-Seeking hard working and reliable individuals with leadership experience.
-Must be able to lift boxes repeatedly, up to 50lbs.
-Solid communication skills
-Ability to direct and lead employees
Pay Rate:
$20.00-$22.00 DOE
Schedule:
-Monday through Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm
(Some Fridays and weekends are mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
