Pinnacle Restoration is seeking a reliable and hardworking Water Mitigation Technician to join our growing team! We are a well-established restoration company that responds to residential and commercial water, fire, and mold emergencies.
We are willing to train you to be apart of our team.
Pay: Based on experience | Overtime available
What You'll Do:
- Respond to emergency water damage calls (daytime and on-call rotation)
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
- Perform demolition and extraction work as needed
- Document job progress and moisture readings using company software
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality service
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to be on a rotating on-call schedule (nights/weekends)
- IICRC certification a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
