Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for an associate to work in a rapidly growing corporate practice in its Las Vegas office. Responsibilities will include assisting with corporate due diligence and other transactional projects. Prior transaction experience is not required. Exceptional responsiveness, attention to detail and the ability to work within a team setting are critical.
