We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to the attorneys and staff regarding clients, other law firms, insurance companies, and courts. Maintain a positive attitude, well spoken, and general professionalism. Starting pay is $15.00 an hour 40 hours a week with benefits offered. Closed on most holidays, weekends off, open from 8-5 M-T and 8-4 on Fridays. We typically promote from within meaning the is always the potential for growth in the long term. Responsibilities:
Assist with client intake, taking messages, and an upbeat attitude.
Record and store client information
Translate for clients and attorneys
Qualifications:
Bilingual, read, write, and speak proficiently (Spanish)
Previous experience preferred
Experience with handling multiple tasks at a time.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
