Case Manager Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Prioritize and manage client caseloads effectively.
Assist with closing cases quickly and efficiently.
Update clients with the status of their case periodically.
Retrieve documentation and information needed for Resolution and Tax Preparation.
Complete financials needed for resolution for each case.
Maintain accurate records and document all activities and discussions regarding the status of the case.
Prepare needed forms to secure Resolution.
Coordinate with the Legal Team to ensure the best possible resolution is secured.
Case Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent phone skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to use critical thinking to analyze case files accurately and push in the right direction.
Excellent attendance required, no exceptions. This is a Monday through Friday position.
Case Manager Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:
1-2 years Legal or Tax Resolution Case Management Experience PREFERRED
