I am a solo practitioner seeking a reliable and quick thinking attorney willing to appear on a contract basis at hearings for landlord/tenant matters in North Las Vegas and Henderson on behalf of my office (tenants and small landlords with 1-50 rental units).
This is meant to be a true independent contractor relationship for an established solo or small firm to work with another fast-paced and friendly single-attorney law firm.
Helpful if you are already working in North Las Vegas and Henderson, or looking to add some additional real estate work to your practice (if you represent or want to represent large landlords, this is not a good fit for conflicts purposes).
All of the papers for hearings would be filed already, everything gets scanned, and electronic access to Dropbox files would be provided so your firm is prepared. I need someone to go to appear with the client in person and argue when I can't appear virtually to do the same.
An active Nevada Bar license and other business licensing is a must (please provide details). Attention to detail, a concise and persuasive tone, proficiency in Word products, an understanding of legal processes, how to find things quickly, and a commitment to protecting confidentiality and privilege are also musts.
