Responsibilities (upon completion of training):
Interacting with adjusters and medical providers
Sending letters of representation
Opening insurance claims
Confirming coverages
Requesting police reports
Preparing DMV forms
Negotiating property damage claims
Coordinating medical treatment
Negotiating bodily injury claims
Case management
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Easily operate in a fast-paced work environment
Reliable and punctual
Excellent written, verbal, and organization skills
PREFERENCES:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience handling personal injury matters
Knowledge of any legal software program (Filevine, Case Status)
