Seeking a Litigation Assistant for a fast-paced personal injury law firm. Requirements are 1 year of experience in litigation with knowledge of the Clark County e-filing system. Duties include, but are not limited to, drafting discovery shells, deposition notices, orders, correspondence and communicating with clients.
