Growing Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an assistant with litigation experience in the personal injury field.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience and understanding of Plaintiff Personal Injury files and be familiar with the review and filing of medical exhibits, open and maintain subrogation liens. Qualified individuals should also be experienced in maintaining communication with clients regarding their cases.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Meeting and taking phone calls with clients to establish status of their cases
-Working with our Attorneys and Litigation team to meet deadlines
-Ensuring clients follow through with treatment and providing necessary information.
-Obtaining and review the medical exhibits from providers the clients have treated with for/prior to the injury
-Verify all health insurance liens
Required skills:
-One year experience in a Litigating Personal Injury Firm
-Detail oriented
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Capable of working in a fast pace, high pressure environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Positive/high energy individuals
