Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm seeks an experienced paralegal/legal assistant with 1-3 years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience. This position requires client interaction and attention to detail.
Litigation duties include: draft of complaints, service of complaints, draft requests for exemption from arbitration, calendar deadlines, draft mediation and arbitration briefs, draft discovery responses; retention of expert witnesses; calendar and observe all statute dates and deadlines; schedule discovery such as depositions; file and serve legal pleadings and documents; maintain contact with opposing counsel.
