We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our team on a seasonal basis. This role is crucial to the successful management of our personal injury cases prior to litigation, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support during their time of need.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
Assist in gathering and reviewing necessary documentation, such as medical records, police reports, and other evidence relevant to each case.
Regularly update clients on the status of their cases and address any concerns or questions.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, ensuring clients receive fair compensation.
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure all pre-litigation matters are handled efficiently.
Maintain accurate records in our case management software and ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Prior experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law is required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases at once.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent client service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: Competitive salary and bonuses based on experience. We start at $35 per hour
