We are seeking a dynamic and organized Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, the Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in representing our firm and ensuring exceptional client service from the initial inquiry stage.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct initial screenings to assess the nature of potential cases.
Gather relevant information from clients and accurately input data into our case management system.
Schedule consultations and appointments for attorneys.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure their needs are met and questions are addressed.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case intake processes.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Empathy and compassion when interacting with potential clients.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with case management software is a plus.
