Eric Blank Injury Attorneys seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead our Pre-Litigation department.
Ideal candidates must have 8+ years of experience and knowledge of Plaintiff Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files.
Ability to manage a demanding pre-litigation caseload. Excellent negotiation skills needed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Great problem-solver and proactive thinker.
Conducting conferences with clients to explain retainer agreements and case handling procedures.
Reviewing intake files, insurance policies, and other related records and assess viability of successful claims.
Communicating with Case Support team with regards to status of clients' cases.
Discussing case strategies with attorneys and staff.
Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
Candidates must be accustomed to a fast paced environment and be able to work fluidly within any department.
Candidates must have:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills; Outlook, Word, Excel experience
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent client service skills
Flexible Schedule
Required experience:
Personal Injury: 8+ years Plaintiff P.I. experience
Spanish speaking a major plus!
