We are a small, up and coming plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to assist 2 of the firm's attorneys. The right candidate will be familiar with a legal setting and be responsible for the following:
-Managing calendars and deadlines
-Assisting with the discovery process
-Scheduling depositions
-Drafting/organizing/proof reading legal documents
-Moving a case along
-Conducting legal research
-E-filing documents with various court systems
The ability to self manage and prioritize will be crucial as well. You will handle a variety of cases from start to finish and help the attorneys prepare for trial.
