Library Tales Publishing is a fast-growing, multi-brand book publishing company with 50+ active brands and a mission to scale. We sell direct-to-consumer through Shopify and distribute nationally via Simon & Schuster. Our model is lean, efficient, and ROI-obsessed.
We're looking for a smart, creative, data-driven marketer to take full ownership of our online sales & marketing ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront(s) for conversions and upsells
- Build and test landing pages, bundles, funnels, and A/B experiments
- Run and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
- Develop creative ad assets, content, and email flows
- Own performance tracking and make decisions based on real data
- Optimize post-purchase flows, lead-gen pages, and sales events
- Create systems, not chaos — automate and streamline where you can
Who You Are
- 3+ years in DTC, Shopify, or eCommerce marketing
- Experience with paid social, CRO, A/B testing, and funnel building
- Strong creative instincts + analytical brain
- Copywriting and content production experience is a major plus
- Highly organized, autonomous, and results-focused
- Bonus if you’ve worked in publishing, education, or CPG
Compensation
- $42,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonuses (real upside—based on ROAS, sales growth, and CVR)
