What You’ll Do:
Build and launch high-performing lead funnels across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Manage ad spend like a pro — balancing volume, cost, and lead quality.
Write, design, and test ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive action.
Analyze results, optimize fast, and continually improve ROAS.
Collaborate with the sales team to fill the pipeline with ready-to-buy leads.
Report weekly results — because data doesn’t lie, and you love proving success in numbers.
You Are:
A data-driven marketer who knows CPL, CTR, and conversion rates inside out.
A creative copywriter who understands consumer behavior.
Experienced with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho.
Competitive, curious, and relentless about improving results.
Experienced — 2+ years running lead gen campaigns that turned traffic into paying customers.
