So, what will you do?
1. Optimize our Google advertising. It's okay, but we haven't fully tamed it. What's your experience with Google advertising, if any?
2. Do more with Facebook advertising. We think there's gold in them there hills, but haven't had timed to tap it yet. What's your experience with Facebook advertising, if any?
3. PR. Can you write? We need to run a national campaign on how and why solar HVAC is better than whole-house solar and why it's better than utility power. Why? It's less expensive and easier, and most homeowners spend more on HVAC than anything else. What's your experience with PR, if ay?
4. Recruit YouTube influencers to show our unit in action. Check this out https://youtu.be/l2JOUCo7iaM?si=Lz0SazzFyHqz0S0B 1.9 million views. We got 22 orders the day that this hit. We need more YouTubers. What's your experience in recruiting YouTube influencers, if any?
In short, we have a pretty good idea of what we need, but just no time. Too busy managing and filling orders. Need more folks to help.

1. You have your act together. You understand the meaning of 'do what you say, say what you do.' That is you have a plan, work it, and communicate back to us your accomplishments on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
2. You're educated and competent. Formal education is a bonus. But, yes, you need to know how to write, speak, use AI to boost a brand.
3. You enjoy working. Duty is joy, we feel. If you work hard, and help; us grow, you'll be well compensate.
Yes, yes, you should have a solid trackrecord of success in marketing/advertisi,ng/PR, and be proficient with MS Office, ideally Quickbooks (wearing a slightly different hat), Photoshop, maybe Illustrator. Well, you probably have knowledge and tools we don't know about. That's why we'll want to work with you.

Write on how your abilities match our needs (as described above or as inferred from your research on us). Finally, include your resume and transcript if you happen to be a recent college graduate. Note that this ad shows full time. We can do whatever you need. Yes, we need some hours, at least 20/week, but we're flexible. You can work from home part of the time, but it'll be good to see you in downtown Las Vegas 2 or 3 times/week. So, you can be our consultant, or subcontractor, and, at some point, possibly an employee.
