Job Summary:
As an OPC (Off Property Consultant) and or Greeter, you will be responsible for promoting and generating interest in our vacation ownership tours.
This role involves interacting with potential clients, presenting the benefits and incentives of discounts on Las Vegas entertainment, and gaming and dining experiences for previewing a timeshare tour.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage with prospective clients at designated locations.
Communicate the value of our gifting incentives and invites clients to preview a vacation ownership program in a professional and persuasive manner.
Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience.
Schedule qualified clients for property tours or sales presentations.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and appointment-setting goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
