Role Overview:
As an SEO Copywriter & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that engages our target audience, boosts our online visibility, and drives organic traffic to our platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence through effective copywriting, engaging social media strategies, and insightful blog content. In addition, you will be involved in creating voiceovers for multimedia content.
SEO Specialist Job Responsibility:
As a SEO Specialist at ATS, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic and improving the online visibility of our tax-related content. You will work closely with our content team, ensuring that our tax articles and resources are optimized for search engines, ultimately helping individuals and businesses find valuable tax information. Key responsibilities include:
Keyword Research and Analysis:
Conducting in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, relevant tax-related keywords and phrases.
Analyzing keyword competitiveness and search volume trends to guide content creation.
On-Page SEO Optimization:
Collaborating with content creators to optimize tax-related articles and resources for search engines.
Implementing on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and keyword placement.
Technical SEO Audits:
Performing regular technical SEO audits to identify and address issues that may hinder search engine visibility.
Ensuring website structure, speed, and mobile-friendliness meet SEO standards.
Link Building and Outreach:
Developing and executing a strategic link-building plan to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources within the tax industry.
Conducting outreach to relevant websites and partners for guest posting opportunities.
Content Strategy and Planning:
Collaborating with the content team to align tax-related content creation with keyword research and SEO strategy.
Providing insights on content topics, formats, and optimization techniques.
Competitor Analysis:
Monitoring and analyzing competitor websites to identify opportunities for improvement and areas where we can gain a competitive edge in search rankings.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and SEO software to track and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior.
Providing regular reports and insights to demonstrate the impact of SEO efforts.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Staying current with tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure our content remains accurate and relevant to our audience.
Compliance and Ethical Standards:
Ensuring all tax-related content adheres to ethical and legal standards, providing accurate and reliable information.
Copywriting:
Develop clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various digital platforms, including website pages, product descriptions, ad campaigns, and email marketing.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and increase visibility.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Implement social media advertising strategies to amplify reach and engagement.
Blog Writing:
Research and create informative, insightful, and original blog posts that align with our target audience's interests and needs.
Ensure blog content is optimized for SEO and is aligned with our content strategy.
Voice Over:
Provide professional voiceovers for multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and presentations.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to content engagement, website traffic, and social media reach.
Provide regular reports and insights to improve content strategies.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in copywriting, SEO, and social media management.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Familiarity with social media scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience in voiceover work and audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity) is a plus.
