Packaging & Finishing – Grand Format Printing
Reporting to the Q.C. manager, a Packaging & Finishing employee’s responsibilities include:
Box / Pack / Wrap finished materials in appropriate way for shipping, delivery or installation.
Ensure packed items are accurately counted and that the printed proofs are accurate and match what is in the package.
Assembling manufactured parts to finish projects using various methods and techniques.
Assist Q.C. department as needed.
Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.
Coordinate with delivery department for scheduling pick ups and deliveries.
Handling customer service / Sales: Handling customer service / Sales inquiries.
Ensuring quality and safety: Maintaining quality and safety standards, and enforcing safety protocols
A packaging & Finishing employee should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong team ethic.
