Part-time Portioner, start immediately
Hours: Tuesday-Wednesday 9a to 5:30p, Thursday 9a-2p
Start $15hr.
Dependable: $100 cash bonus for 10wks with no days missed/no call-ins.
Paid every Friday. Must have a bank account, direct deposit only. Requires a connected smartphone to clock-in/out.

This job is physical: make sure to showcase physical job experience. We are a small company at a small facility working closely with a co-owner. You will be expected to perform the entire shift.
Duties:
- Hand portion ground meat into various sizes (16oz, 24oz, 32oz and custom sizes)
- Weigh portions, ALL measurements need to be PRECISE and CONSISTENT
- Operate a portioning scale: zero, correct unit of measure, etc
- Make portions to the correct shape
- Hand mix ground meat, ensuring a thorough and completely uniform mixture
- Lift/push/pull up to 60lbs
- Expertise with a knife (cutting meat, deboning)
- Maintain a spotless and organized work area

You will be required to produce 6 portions per minute after 1wk
