Motorsport parts development, engineering and manufacture firm is seeking a professional caliber shipping/receiving manager. This is a world class operation selling parts to motorsports teams, dealers and end users. The average shipment centers around part for high end German or exotic vehicles and genuine race cars or trucks. With this in mind quality of packing jobs, accurate labeling and overall care is the most important factor.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with Paypal shipping systems, UPS worldship or be a quick learner. Cleanliness and punctuality are of the utmost importance for this role. The ability to drive packages to shipping various shipping depo is a plus. The occasional errands run for shipping supplies is also part of this role. Knowledge of industry receiving practices to avoid loss is also required. Knowledge of properly filling out customs forms is crucial for this role.
This is not a high volume, high pressure role. Your skills will be allowed to shine in a comfortable atmosphere.
This position reports to the General Manager with room to grow and learn in regard to any aspect of our Team.
Salary is negotiable based on skill level, experience and agreed responsibilities within the organization.
