We are in search of a Warehouse Associate (Shipping/Receiving) individual.

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) may perform other duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Summary:

Supports warehouse operations including but not limited to shipping, receiving, order tracking and fulfillment, material handling, inventory and record keeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Run, prioritize, and distribute shipping/receiving orders daily to warehouse team to ensure orders are filled and delivered in a timely manner

Pull orders and prepare for domestic and international shipments, including special requests from customers in accordance to packaging, labeling, inspections, etc.

Monitor all request orders to ensure all requests are fulfilled

Resolve shipping & receiving issues

Perform outgoing visual inspection

Pull materials and prepare kits in-house

Responsible for monthly and year-end inventory audits

Maintain inventory controls by accurately documenting outgoing shipments

Maintain quality service by following organization standards

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat

Maintain a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Complete reports by entering accurate information

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice by management.

Experience/Education Required:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

1 or more years of Domestic and International Shipping experience

Experience with mechanical components, connectors or high-volume machined parts highly desired

Clean DMV record required

Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs. Ability to safely lift up to 60lbs with buddy system
