Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated [Position Title] to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting at-risk youth and families, a commitment to trauma-informed care, and the ability to provide individualized therapeutic services. The LCSW will work closely with clients to develop and implement treatment plans, support family relationships, and advocate for the well-being of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients.

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Conduct assessments to identify clients’ mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs.

Facilitate mentorship programs and support rehabilitation efforts.

Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic services.

Document progress and maintain accurate case files in accordance with agency policies.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Uphold Beacon of Hope’s mission, values, and commitment to ethical standards.

Qualifications:

[Relevant degree or certification requirements (e.g., Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)]

[Licensure requirements (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)]

Experience working with at-risk youth, families, or within the juvenile justice system is preferred.

Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
