Account Specialist & Customer Service for Fulfillment Center: Fulfillment Company seeking a reliable individual to join our team. We currently have an open position for a Customer Service & Account Specialist. This job is full time at forty (40) hours with Benefits after 90-day probation period. Brief Description: The Customer Service & Account Specialist will assist with daily clerical duties and will be based on providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. The focus of this role will be customer service, problem solving, order entry, closing orders, spread sheet creation, and keeping client ledgers accurate. The assistant will work under the partners of the company, developing into their own roll. Providing aid in scheduling, email correspondence, organizational and filing duties along with other tasks relating to the job title.
Experience:
Customer Service & Account Management: 2 Years (Required)
Experience with order processing & handling small parcel/LTL shipments & claims

Customer service, Customer Response and other inquiries pertaining to service
Working with our WMS (Extensiv) & System software (DAT)s
Verifying documents for accuracy and completeness
Improve and maintain filing systems; both physical and electronic company documentation
A strong need for overseeing clerical duties on the company's freight management
Daily Pick Ticket, printing / Distribution
Admin / Warehouse Team Comms
Order Processing
o Entry / Printing / Closing
Ability to dissect problem orders
Inventory
Freight Comms
Ledger update / Monitoring
Seeking Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong ability to problem solve
Efficient in time management and communication skills
Experienced in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required.
Operate office equipment such as printers and fax machines
